A blend of Irish single malt and Irish grain whiskeys that were individually aged in ex-bourbon casks and then blended together to create this “rare” expression. Our Rare Irish Whiskey is produced using an Extended Double Distillation process for a much smoother product with distinctive character. The resultant, richer distillate is matured in single-use white oak ‘Bourbon’casks, among the most exceptional in the industry.
