2oz The Wild Geese
Rare Irish Whiskey
1oz spiced apple cider
5oz fresh lemon juice
5oz dark maple syrup

Combine all ingredients in shaker and shake vigorously. Fine strain over crushed ice and garnish with fresh mint.
