Half part of sugar syrup
1 whole egg white
Float of Claret wine

1 part of sweet vermouth cocchi
Dash of Mandarin bitter
5 drops of Irish stout aroma
Perfume it with lemon zest
Add all ingredients into a mixing glass with ice, shake well than pour into a cocktail glass and perfume with a citrus zest.
