- 50ml The Wild Geese Rare Irish Whiskey
- 1 bar spoon rhubarb and vanilla jam
- 10ml Fresh lime juice
- 20ml Crème de Cacao (white)
- 1 bar spoon vanilla sugar
Shake all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a lime wedge.
